Project Description :
At this event, I exhibited a collection of 3D printed light sculptures at the BluDot furniture store in Miami. The designs were inspired by the recessed windows commonly found in many buildings throughout the city. I extracted this architectural detail from its practical function and reimagined it as an aesthetic element, transforming it into sculptural forms that diffuse light in striking ways.
This exploration highlights my ongoing interest in reinterpreting functional architectural elements and pushing them into the realm of experimental design. The sculptures, blending transparency and structure, complemented the modern aesthetic of BluDot’s furniture
